Terms of use
Updated We read the operator paperwork
These terms cover the use of this site. They are short because the site is short on moving parts: it publishes pages and keeps an archive, and it takes no money from readers.

21+. Play only where your state regulator allows it. We take a commission from some operators; it never moves a room up the list. Gambling problem? Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
What this site is, and is not
It is a reference site. It takes no bets, holds no accounts, moves no money and runs no customer service for anybody else. If you have a dispute about a deposit, a bonus or a withdrawal, it is between you and the operator, and above the operator sits the regulator that licensed it — not us. Use of the site is for adults of 21 and over.
Accuracy, and what no page can promise
Pages are built from documents and carry the date they were last read against them. Between that date and your reading, an operator can change its terms, pull an offer or leave a state, and a regulator can act. Before you act on a number, a bonus condition or a payment route, read it where it is binding: on the operator’s own page. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.
Commercial links
Some links to operators are commercial and may pay this site a commission. It costs you nothing, it does not change what a page says or the order of a list, and the rule behind that is in the editorial policy; how a list is built is on how we rate.
Using what is on the pages
Quote a page and link to it — that is what it is for. Two limits. Republishing a page whole, or a run of pages, is not covered by that, and the archived reporting kept here belongs to the publication that produced it rather than to this desk, so a reuse licence is not ours to give. Operator names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify what is being written about.
Links out, and the rest
Where a page links to a regulator, an operator or a help line, that site has its own terms and its own privacy rules, and we do not control what it does. What this site does with data is set out in the privacy policy. These terms can change when the site does; the current text is the one on this page. Questions go to the desk through the contact page.
