Updated We read the operator paperwork
There is one channel to this site and it is read by the editorial desk: [email protected]. One address, not a switchboard — a second “write to the author” route would only contradict the first.
21+. Play only where your state regulator allows it. We take a commission from some operators; it never moves a room up the list. Gambling problem? Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
What to put in the subject line
- correction — a page is wrong. Send the address and the document; the fix goes on the page, and the rule is in the editorial policy.
- press — a question with a deadline. Details on the press desk page.
- tip — a filing, a notice, a change nobody has written up. See send a tip.
- pitch — freelance work: terms on the commissions page.
- privacy — a question about data or about being named in an archive page: privacy and cookies.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and have no access to anybody’s gambling account. A locked account, a missing withdrawal, a bonus that did not credit or a verification check is a matter for the operator’s own support first, and then for the regulator of the state the account sits in — the state pages under US online casinos name the regulator for each market. We cannot arbitrate a dispute, reverse a transaction or reopen an account, and we do not pass complaints on.
If gambling has stopped being a game, that is more urgent than any of this: the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open around the clock on 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
