Among a sea of falling numbers, the U.S. regulated online poker market has bucked the trend with a 1.2% gain in 30-day growth. The main driver of this positive momentum? WSOP Online, which has seen a staggering 14.2% surge in the past four weeks.
WSOP Online's growth is being fueled by the four-state Multistate Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA) shared-liquidity network, which spans Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. This cross-jurisdictional player pool has created a more vibrant and competitive landscape for the World Series of Poker's online platform.
With the fall bracelet series looming on the horizon, WSOP Online is pulling out all the stops to draw in players. In a press release dated September 17, Caesars Entertainment unveiled a robust lineup of cash game tournaments and events set to run from September 27 to November 10. The schedule features 33 bracelet events, with buy-ins ranging from $333 to $3,200 and more than $3 million in guaranteed prize pools.
The fall 2026 schedule also includes three pot-limit Omaha tournaments and 30 no-limit hold’em events, catering to a diverse range of player preferences. Additionally, the series will feature eight mystery bounty tournaments, a popular format that adds an extra layer of excitement by concealing the identity of the bounty-carrying players.
WSOP Online's expanded offerings come at a time when the broader U.S. regulated market is showing signs of life. According to Poker Industry PRO, the fall 2026 tournament season generated a record-breaking $600 million in prize money, with tournament entries rising 2.0% across 36 ranked networks to 2,065,721.
In the U.S. market alone, Poker Industry PRO reported 754 cash players and 31,363 daily tournament entries across five networks and 23 poker sites. While the regulated U.S. market remains a small slice of the global pie at just 3.0% of cash traffic, the segment is growing, with cash volume edging up 0.5% and tournament entries rising 8.2% in the latest reported period.
WSOP Online is driving a significant portion of this growth within the U.S. market, with tournament entries surging 21.0% to 11,534. This gain is all the more impressive when considering that FanDuel Poker, a prominent player in the U.S. landscape, saw its entries decline 11.1% during the same period, even with its Dynasty Series running from September 12 to 28.
On the back of this positive momentum, WSOP Online will hope to capitalize on the fall bracelet series to solidify its position as the go-to destination for regulated U.S. poker players. With a bigger and richer schedule compared to 2025, the WSOP Online team will be looking to capitalize on the increased traffic and tournament participation.
While the U.S. regulated market remains a small but growing segment of the global online poker industry, the recent surge in traffic and tournament activity offers a welcome development for operators and players alike. As the fall WSOP Online series unfolds, all eyes will be on WSOP Online to see if it can maintain its upward trajectory and continue to drive growth in an otherwise challenging market.
